W.A. Perry Mission and Vision:

The mission of W.A. Perry Middle School is to educate each student and prepare him or her for a successful high school experience so that each can become a lifelong learner, achieve his or her maximum potential, and become a productive member of society enhanced by our collaboration with our parents and community.


The vision of W.A. Perry Middle School is to become a shining example of excellence through high quality academic instruction, staff, and community involvement with parental support to achieve student success.

Our theme for 2009 – 2010 is; The 3 Rs: Rigor, Relevance, and Relationships.   It is our intention to combine The 3 Rs with the district’s focus on literacy to: Increase our students reading levels. Increase the number of students scoring basic and above on the PASS test in all core content areas. Create an atmosphere of one at W. A. Perry, internally and externally.
